Full-price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund, excluding any shipping fees.

For items purchased before December 31, 2024 - $100 from your order was donated to the Boca Grande Hurricane Relief Fund. This $100 will not be refunded to you. 

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, 100% complete and in original packaging.

Any items shrink-wrapped must be returned sealed and unopened for a full refund.

Exchanges are not supported at this time. Please return the original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.

Return shipping costs will be paid for by the purchaser. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a defective item or an error on our part.

Please include the order number and reason for return. 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

If shrink wrap has been broken on a set of tiles, 160 total tiles must be returned inside the white magnetic box in which they were sent.

If the set is complete upon return but out of shrink-wrap, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of the refund.
