Wholesale Eligibility
At this time, Wholesale accounts are only available to brick-and-mortar stores.
We require a valid resale certificate or business license to process wholesale orders.
First-time wholesale partners must complete our wholesale application form. You can find the form here.
We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our sole discretion.
Proof of physical storefront and merchandising may be requested as part of the approval process.
Minimum Order Requirements
Opening Order Minimum: $1,000
Reorder Minimum: $200
Products must be ordered in case packs or multiples as specified in our catalog.
Wholesale Pricing
Approved retailers will receive access to our wholesale price list (typically 40–50% off MSRP).
Suggested retail pricing (MSRP) must be maintained unless promotional pricing is approved by us in writing.
Lead Times
In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Made-to-order or custom products may take up to 2–4 weeks.
You will be notified of any delays or backorders.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
Orders ship via USPS or UPS.
Buyers are responsible for shipping charges, unless otherwise noted.
Free shipping may be offered on wholesale orders over $2000.
In some cases, local delivery is offered. This is dependent on store location. There is a local delivery fee of $50.
Returns & Exchanges
All wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns on unsold merchandise.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery with photo documentation.
Approved claims will be credited or replaced at our discretion.
Selling Channels
Products may not be resold on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Etsy) without written permission.
You may sell on your own branded website or at your physical storefront.
Marketing & Branding
Retailers may use our approved product photos and descriptions for promotion and sales.
Any custom marketing or co-branded materials must be approved before use.
Our brand must be represented consistently and professionally.
Payment Terms
First orders require prepayment via credit card or bank transfer.
Net 30 terms may be extended to returning wholesale clients upon approval.
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee on outstanding balances.
